Payment and delivery

Bertheussen IT uses SWREG® payment service to sell its products. SWREG accepts payments by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club), EFT, wire transfer and PayPal. The software is normally delivered electronically (by online download), but it is also possible to order a CD for an additional fee. Bertheussen IT do not send boxed version of its products.

30-Day Refund Policy

At Bertheussen IT we want our customers to make the best possible purchase decision. Therefore, we recommend that you take advantage of our free trial software downloads. We also encourage you to explore the product pages of our website to obtain comprehensive product information.

In the event that you need to return an Bertheussen IT product, you must make your request within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, Bertheussen IT reserves the right to deny a refund in the case of a non-authenticated purchase (no order# RE12345678, bad name or address...).

To request a refund for your downloaded software purchase, contact us. In your message, you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product, include your order#, name, e-mail address and the product key (if any). You will find the order# and the product key in the purchase confirmation e-mail. We expect that you have destroyed all downloaded files and have not been copied or saved in any other way.

You'll be refunded of the paid amount without fees. However, the Backup CD fees (if you have chosen this option) are not refundable.

Proof of Purchase

At any time on your request, Bertheussen IT will send you a confirmation of your order via email.

US Taxes

SWREG (Digital River) is required to charge sales tax in the two US states where they have physical offices: Minnesotat and Washington. Customers from these states have to pay local taxes.

European VAT

European customers only have to pay local VAT. SWREG® is located in the USA. Since July 2003, European customers have to pay VAT for electronic software download goods purchased in the USA.
